Local crafters, artists and small businesses can now apply for a booth at the 2026 Liberty Township Fall Festival, with the township posting its online vendor application Friday, July 24, at 9 a.m.

The annual festival is set for Saturday, September 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Liberty Park behind the Lakota Family YMCA, 6757 Yankee Road. The event is free to attend.

The township said on its vendor application page that it is especially seeking "local handmade craft vendors, artists and other fun, family-friendly vendors." Applicants can pay by credit card or check through the township website at liberty-township.com.

What vendors need to know

Vendors must supply their own tents, display tables and chairs and handle all setup and teardown. Tents must be properly secured or weighted.

After submitting an application online, a township representative will send the event contract. That contract and payment must be returned by Thursday, September 4. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot, the township noted on its form.

Questions can be directed to marketing and events manager Christy Gloyd at 513-759-7500.

More details to come

No additional details on entertainment, food trucks or programming have been announced. The township said more information will be released as planning continues.

The Fall Festival has been held at Liberty Park in previous years, including the 2025 edition at the same location.
