West Chester Township's Zoning Commission will hear six land-use cases Monday, Sept. 21. The docket includes three zoning code amendments and three development proposals affecting parcels along Tylers Place Boulevard, Liberty Way and Cincinnati Columbus Road.

The Board of Trustees filed all three text-amendment requests, targeting the 2025 Zoning Resolution, the 2025 Zoning Map and the 2025 Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The agenda does not describe what specific language the amendments would alter.

The International Academy of Cincinnati, a chartered nonpublic school serving preschool through eighth grade, is seeking preliminary development plan approval for a campus spanning nine lots and 4.015 acres at 7590–7606 Tylers Place Blvd. The academy plans to use existing buildings on the site and add two new play areas. The agenda labels the project a "new educational campus," though whether that means a new operator moving into existing structures or an expansion is not spelled out.

On Liberty Way at Oak Lane, the Keefe Property application asks for major-change and preliminary development plan approval for a 1.66-acre mixed-use project with restaurant, retail and commercial space.

At 9774 Cincinnati Columbus Road, the Gates of West Chester project seeks a revised final development plan for a 6,710-square-foot commercial building and 25 two-story townhome units with basements. The commission has reviewed an earlier version of this plan, though that history is not in available public records.

The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at Township Hall, 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road. Jeff Uckotter, the township's director of community development, is the staff contact for zoning questions at 513-777-4214. The commission's next regular meeting is scheduled for Oct. 19 at 6 p.m.
