A second 7 Brew drive-through and a major church addition head to West Chester Township's Zoning Commission.
The commission's Nov. 16 agenda lists two Final Development Plan applications for the 6 p.m. meeting at Township Hall, 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road. One is a 785-square-foot 7 Brew coffee shop with dual drive-through lanes. The other is an approximately 38,000-square-foot addition to New Life Chapel.
Second 7 Brew proposed for West Chester
The 7 Brew application, Case FDP 11-26-B, calls for a 785-square-foot coffee shop with two drive-through lanes on a 0.85-acre parcel known as Future Outlot 2 within the Crossings of Beckett development. That development sits at the intersection of State Route 747 and Tylersville Road, according to a property listing from Anchor Associates. The 12.63-acre site is zoned C-PUD and is shadow-anchored by a Kroger Marketplace.
7 Brew already operates a location at 7941 Tylersville Road in West Chester Township. USA Today reported in August 2026 that the company planned to open 62 new locations across 26 states that month, with five slated for Ohio.
The agenda does not name the franchisee or developer behind the application.
New Life Chapel eyes major expansion
The second case, FDP 11-26-A, is labeled "New Life Chapel; Phase II." The church is requesting approval for an approximately 38,000-square-foot addition to the south side of its property at 8655 Cincinnati-Dayton Road. The plan also includes new parking and a sign on the west side of the 17-acre site.
Both proposals are big. The existing New Life Chapel building is a 23,134-square-foot structure with a 550-seat main sanctuary and a two-story lobby, according to a project page from Sofco Erectors. If approved at the proposed size, the addition would more than double the building's total square footage.
The agenda does not describe the purpose of the Phase II addition, and no public statements from church leadership appear in available records.
The commission's next scheduled meeting after the Nov. 16 hearing is Dec. 21 at 6 p.m.
